Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Succulent ribeye steak cubes marinated in a flavorful blend of olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper, then pan-seared to perfection. indulgence.
Ingredients
- 2 12oz. packages of Heritage Ribeye Steak Cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, miced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Add Heritage Ribeye Steak Cubes, and massage the mixture into steak to cover completely. Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerated up to 6 hours or overnight. Discard marinade.
- Pat steak dry with a paper towel. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Working in batches if necessary, add steak and cook, flipping occasionally, until golden-brown and thoroughly cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Serve steak bites over sauteed zucchini noodles or spaghetti!
