Buffalo Chicken Sub
A zesty delight, featuring succulent shaved chicken breast tossed in tangy hot pepper sauce and creamy blue cheese dressing, all embraced by a warm, toasty sub roll.
Ingredients
- 2 14oz. packages of Heritage Shaved Chicken Breast
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1 cup red pepper hot sauce
- 4 sub rolls, split and toasted
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish, optional
- Blue cheese dressing, for serving

Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add Heritage Shaved Chicken Breast, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
- Stir in remaining butter and hot sauce, and simmer over medium-low heat until chicken is thoroughly cooked and a sauce forms, about 3-5 minutes.
- Divide chicken mixture between each roll. Top with red onion, jalapeño and parsley. Drizzle with dressing, and serve.
