Creamy Steak Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz. package of Heritage Ribeye Steak Strips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 lb. fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Heritage Ribeye Steak Strips, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. Add Alfredo sauce to same skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Return steak to skillet with fettuccine noodles and toss to coat. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
