- 1 14oz. package of Heritage Shaved Chicken Breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut in half
- 4 green onions, sliced, white and green parts separated
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews or peanuts

Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.

Add Heritage Shaved Chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add white parts of green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and honey, stirring to coat, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
