Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 12oz. packages of Heritage Ribeye Steak Strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 8 oz. cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb. egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms, salt and pepper, and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Add Heritage Ribeye Steak Strips and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  2. Add broth, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream, stirring to combine. Cook until just heated through, about 2-3 minutes, and remove from heat.

  3. Divide egg noodles evenly among serving plates and top with stroganoff mixture. Garnish with parsley and serve.
