Serves: 4
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 475 °F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
-
Divide pizza dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle about 1/4-inch in thickness.
-
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add Heritage Shaved Chicken Breast and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add barbecue sauce, tossing to coat.
-
T op half of each dough circle equally with barbecue chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese, leaving about 1/2-inch of dough around edges. Fold each dough circle in half and crimp edges to seal.
-
Transfer calzones to prepared baking sheets about 1-2 inches apart. Cut 2-3 small slits on tops of each calzone to allow for ventilation.
-
Brush calzones with additional olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake until golden-brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with ranch dressing.
