- 1 12oz. package of Heritage Shaved Ribeye Steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 white onion, thinly sliced
- 2 small jalapenos, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 sub rolls, split open

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pepper, onion, jalapenos, salt and pepper and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
