- 1 14oz. package of Heritage Shaved Chicken Breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups red enchilada sauce
- 4 8-inch flour tortillas, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- Sliced radishes, for garnish
- Sliced jalapenos, for garnish
- Sour cream, for garnish
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
