Directions

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Add Heritage Ribeye Steak Strips and massage the mixture into steak to cover completely. Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerated up to 6 hours or overnight. Discard marinade.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until dark golden-brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes. Transfer to plate and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare fries according to package directions.
  4. In the same clean skillet over medium heat, heat remaining oil. Add steak and cook, flipping occasionally, until golden-brown and thoroughly cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Top fries with steak, onions, cheese curds and hot gravy. Garnish with chives, and enjoy.
