Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry
A savory and flavorful dish featuring tender strips of beef, vibrant vegetables, and a classic teriyaki sauce, all tossed to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 12oz. package of Heritage Ribeye Steak Strips
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups 1-inch broccoli florets
- 1 each small green and red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- sesame seeds, for garnish, optional
- 4 cups cooked long-grain white rice, kept hot, optional

Cook time: 9 minutes
Ready in: 24 minutes (plus marinating time)

Directions
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine Heritage Ribeye Steak Strips and 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce. Massage the teriyaki sauce into steak to cover completely. Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate up to 6 hours or overnight.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add broccoli, peppers and onions, and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly charred and crisp-tender, about 2-4 minutes.
- Add steak, marinade and remaining teriyaki sauce, and cook, stirring occasionally, until steak is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice, and enjoy.
