Steak Tacos

They’re not just for Tuesdays anymore!

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz. package of Heritage Shaved Ribeye Steak
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sliced or diced tomatoes
  • 8 7-inch corn or flour tortillas
  • Queso fresco
  • 2 Lime, Juiced
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the lime juice and spices. Rub over the steak.
  2. In cast iron skillet over med-high. Cook heritage ribeye steak until golden brown. Once they are fully cooked, set aside.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a nonstick skillet.
  4. To serve, top tortillas with cooked steak, cilantro, tomato and queso fresco.
