Steak Tacos
They’re not just for Tuesdays anymore!
Ingredients
- 1 12oz. package of Heritage Shaved Ribeye Steak
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Sliced or diced tomatoes
- 8 7-inch corn or flour tortillas
- Queso fresco
- 2 Lime, Juiced
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Combine the lime juice and spices. Rub over the steak.
- In cast iron skillet over med-high. Cook heritage ribeye steak until golden brown. Once they are fully cooked, set aside.
- Warm the tortillas in a nonstick skillet.
- To serve, top tortillas with cooked steak, cilantro, tomato and queso fresco.
